NEM x Effin B Radio

Nathan E. McClementa (aka @nemcclements on Instagram) is a local Charleston painter and artist. You may recognize him from Tuff Stuff Vintage Pop-Up or maybe heard his music project, Dead Win. While the artist has taken on many shapes and forms, painting is his earliest form resurfacing. From picking up a piece of cardboard to weaving his many styles (sometimes literally together) he’s come up with art pieces and apparel that are truly one of a kind.

Lindsay Collin’s of Effin B Radio teamed up for a podcast episode where they discussed all things creative process and more from Nathan’s journey and where his art is headed. He recently made the big decision to rent out a more bare-boned (but livable) studio space to live and work in, to stretch and make artwork well over 8ft tall.
